TOGETHER. TRAINING THE PROFESSIONALS OF TOMORROW
 

The spirit of the PLASTON Group is also reflected in its training programs for apprentices. The Group takes its responsibility for the next generation very seriously. The holding company's subsidiaries train young people in both technical and commercial professions. During their apprenticeship, they also gain experience in the social field and meet the Chairman of the Board, Jörg Frei, on a regular basis. This is how the family grows together. Each apprentice who performs well can expect to have a job within the PLASTON Group after completing their training.

The PLASTON Group sees economic and ethical values as being very closely linked:
It is indispensable to act ethically in order to be successful commercially. This attitude stems right back to the roots of the Group. The Code of Conduct covers issues such as bribery, but also human rights and child labor.

The quality of the process is a precondition for the quality of the product. That is why the production sites of PLASTON are ISO 9001 certified and follow the corresponding quality management system to consistently attain the same high quality. The environmental management system ISO 14001 is also implemented throughout the Group.

According to the ISO-standardized processes, the highest possible quality also refers to individuality: Employees in the companies of the PLASTON Group feel, identify and fulfill the individual wishes and requirements of the customers.

The PLASTON Group companies have their manufacturing facilities as close as possible to the customer. This shortens transport distances, reduces polluting emissions and the ecological footprint.

When purchasing machinery, PLASTON Group companies ensure they obtain the highest possible energy efficiency. Their choice of packaging is also driven by ecological considerations.

For example, the plastic products are recyclable. They can be fed back into the manufacturing process and recycled.
